Founded in 2014, CHARP Education Consulting is driven by a deep commitment to education, equity, and societal advancement. With over a decade of experience as a classroom teacher, our founder initially focused on family and community engagement workshops. However, the divisive climate following the 2016 presidential election inspired a shift in focus. This pivotal moment led us to expand our services to bridge divides and foster unity in our communities.

The name "CHARP" carries special significance, chosen as a tribute to the founder’s grandparents. Her grandmother named her after her grandfather, who often used the word "sharp" to compliment others. The name honors the lasting impact her grandparents have had on her life and legacy.
