We invite applications from teams of teachers proposing leadership projects on the following topics:

Access to Great Teachers: Projects help attract and retain teachers to underserved schools, rural schools, and subjects for which there are teacher shortages, and/or attract and retain teachers who reflect the diversity of the students of this country.

Teacher Preparation & Induction: Projects may help improve teacher preparation programs, advance high-quality clinical experiences, and/or ensure high quality induction, such as mentoring for new teachers.

​

Mental Health & Social-Emotional Skills: Projects that support student mental health, social-emotional skills, trauma-informed instruction, and ensure that students are thriving and ready to learn. Closing Opportunity Gaps: Projects that work to close achieve closing opportunity gaps, including serving low-income students, English Language Learners, students with special needs, and students of color.
