How to Become an Antiracist Attorney?

Today’s current events are forcing us to face the institutional and systemic inequities that are occurring in this country. During this course, the participants will learn about the construction of race, develop the tools to counter implicit biases, and assess the policies and practices in their law firms to devise a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion plan. In addition, they will learn how to incorporate diverse perspectives in their daily practice, conduct crucial conversations, and create inclusive work environments with their colleagues.
