Our Purpose

Andrew Carnegie, a Scottish-American industrialist, and philanthropist, once stated in his The Gospel of Wealth book that "no man can become rich without himself enriching others." CHARP University is the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of CHARPED.

We collaborate with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), community development organizations, and nonprofits to ensure that marginalized communities have what they need to reach their truest potential. Neighborhoods are rich with culture and history, and we want to use asset-based community engagement and civic education to revitalize and preserve them.
